Waiver of Liability: In acceptance of my or my child’s entry to participate in the Central Missouri Step Up for Down Syndrome Walk, I hereby release each of the event sponsors as well as Down Syndrome Innovations, and its board, its parents, subsidiaries, limited liabilities or affiliate companies, shareholders and any affiliated individuals including the University of Missouri its officers, agents and employees- including without limitation, equipment personnel, physicians and other practitioners of the healing arts- from any and all liability, claims, causes of action or demands of any kind and nature whatsoever, including without limitation personal injury which may arise from or in connection with my participation in any activities related to the event. I authorize the use of any photographs of myself, or my child may be used for promotional materials for the Step Up for Down Syndrome Walk and Down Syndrome Innovations. The event is rain or shine. No refunds.
